Justin established Chancery Hill Ventures in 2018, an investment management firm providing deal advisory and access to early-stage and pre-IPO companies. He has raised funding from investors based in London, Frankfurt, Warsaw, New York, Los Angeles, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Since moving to Singapore in 2017, Justin has founded companies in the construction materials, the food and beverage software, and the education technology industries. Previously, at an investment bank headquartered in New York City, Justin co-authored investment research papers on internet-of-things and U.S. clean technology trends. His experience includes advising clients on M&A transactions totalling over $100 million in the energy and technology markets.
Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from Columbia University.
