Ersin Dalkali

With over 20 years of experience across various roles, Ersin has a unique and holistic understanding of the financial industry. For Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, he worked in back and middle-office positions before being promoted to a trader. During his seven years there, he gained in-depth knowledge of OTC-derivatives, money markets, FX and interest rate derivatives, equities, and emerging market products. Ersin continued his career at Thomson Reuters in London, ultimately staying with the company for 14 years. Initially responsible for sales and trading – treasury, he then moved to Singapore in 2011 to manage Asia FX market development and lead various high-profile projects in China and Indonesia.

Since leaving the firm in 2016 to start a management consulting business, Ersin has worked in numerous countries across Southeast Asia and has cultivated a global network of central bank administrators, government regulators, treasury and trading desk heads, and financial institution principals.
